Recommended Firing Range: 1180–1220°C
Form: Supplied in liquid form in 175 g, 500 g, and 1000 g packages.

Application Characteristics

  • A bright glaze with pistachio green tones and fine surface vibrations. Thin applications reduce the vibrancy, highlighting smooth pistachio green areas. Thicker applications create artistic transitions with white and yellow surface vibrations.
  • At 1180°C, the glaze is opaque; at 1220°C, the surface becomes semi-opaque.
  • Glossy surface finish.
  • Semi-opaque glaze.
  • No running tendency within recommended application thickness.
  • Acid-resistant.
  • Does not contain toxic substances.

Application Methods

  • Suitable for brush application; recommended thickness is 1–2 coats.
  • For spray (pistol) or dipping methods, add approximately 5–30% water to adjust density.
  • Recommended Baumé range: 45–55.

Testing Recommendation

  • For first-time users, we recommend preparing test tiles under your own kiln conditions and application methods to evaluate results. Preparing both vertical and horizontal test pieces helps understand the glaze behavior.
  • In the product image, the glaze was applied on BNC 1200 white porcelain clay.
  • When combining artistic glazes with other artistic or different glaze groups, testing is recommended to avoid possible defects.

Care and Cleaning

  • When washed in a dishwasher, the glaze surface may be exposed to high-temperature chemical solutions, which can cause matting or variations in artistic characteristics.

Safety

  • Personal protective equipment is recommended during application.
  • As glazes interact with heat, keep away from fire and open flame sources during application.
  • Children should use the product under adult supervision.

  • If stored for a long time, the product may begin to dry. In this case, add some water, mix thoroughly, and sieve before use.

After opening, over time, brushing agents, stabilizers, and antibacterial additives may lose effectiveness. This generally does not affect the firing result but may influence application performance (e.g., more difficult application or pre-firing surface cracking). Contact us for recommendations if this o
