TSC 100 Casting Slip (Dry Powder)
Features:
Mix with water at a ratio of 45–50% of the dry granule weight.
(For 25 kg of dry granules, 12–12.5 kg of water is required.)
After mixing with water, the expected density should be 1600–1630 g/L.
Mix thoroughly until no lumps remain in the slurry.
If required, 0.1% Sodium Silicate (water glass) can be added to improve fluidity and casting performance.
After preparation, sieve the slip and store it in a sealed container for 24 hours before use.
