  • Food safe. Recommended for functional tableware use.

Application Methods

  • Suitable for brush application; the recommended thickness is 1–2 coats.

  • For spray (pistol) or dipping applications, it is recommended to add approximately 5–30% water to adjust the consistency.

  • Recommended Baume range: 45–55.

Test Recommendations

  • For customers using our glazes for the first time, we recommend making test tiles to observe results under their own firing schedules and application methods.

  • Preparing both vertical and horizontal test tiles according to your application method will help you better understand the glaze behavior.

  • The product shown in the image was applied on CMR 250 white casting clay.

  • When combining artistic glazes with other artistic glazes or different glaze groups, testing is recommended to avoid potential issues.

Care and Cleaning

  • When washed in a dishwasher, the glaze surface may be exposed to high-temperature chemical detergents, which can cause matting or changes in artistic characteristics.

Safety

  • The use of personal protective equipment during application is recommended.

  • As glazes react to heat, keep away from open flames and fire sources during application.

  • Children should use the product under supervision.

Storage

  • Store products in airtight containers and protect them from direct sunlight.

  • If the product dries out after prolonged storage, add a small amount of water, mix thoroughly, and strain before use.

  • After opening, over extended shelf life, application aids, stabilizers, and antibacterial additives may lose effectiveness over time. This usually does not affect firing results but may impact application performance, making application more difficult or causing pre-firing surface cracking. If this occurs, please contact us for solution recommendations.

  • All ready to use glazes are available in 118 ml, 335 ml and 670 ml jars.
  • Our glazes are formulated ready to use in liquid forms.
  • It is recommended to apply by brush two to three even coats.
  • For other application methods you can add 5 %- 10 % water for diluting.
  • Before application, the glaze should be homogeneous.
  • We suggest you to test glazes on tiles and later on make final applications.
